Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie Pie - OH MY!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie Pie

A friend asked me for the recipe from this pin. However, I could not give it to her in good conscious without having total faith that it would work. So, for Thanksgiving, I tried the recipe out on my family. It was yummy!

My Results:

Pie before we dug in. ;)

The crust was perfect, the brownie was delicious and gooey, the cheesecake was rich and full of spice - overall the dessert was.. Addicting!

*TIPS - the smaller diameter cake pan, the denser your pie
instead of the spices listed, I used pumpkin pie spice

Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese Bake

More effort went into the shape of the ring bake on this attempt.

I cut three thin, boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Then, the chicken got a good sprinkle of our favorite poultry seasoning. It cooked on the stove with 8 oz (or one pkg) of cream cheese and 1/2c of mild shreaded cheddar cheese.
The broccoli went on the bottom layer of the ring bake. Then, the cheesy chicken was carefully spooned on. Lastly, another layer of broccoli sprinkled on top.

The pointed ends of the rolls were folded in and topped with a final layer of shreaded cheese.

After baking the ring at 375 degrees ferinheit for 20 mins, this is what I had. It was so good, everyone had seconds!

(First Attempt)

I made more of a pie than a ring. Next attempt will be a different bake and more ring-shapped.
